Introduction
The third installment of the John Wick franchise is set to be released on May 17, 2019.
The First John Wick Movie
The first John Wick movie came out in 2014. The movie was about a man named John Wick (Keanu Reeves) who is an ex-hitman. After the death of his wife, John Wick goes on a revenge killing spree. The movie was well received by critics and was a box office success. A sequel, John Wick: Chapter 2, was released in 2017. Another sequel, John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, is scheduled to be released in 2019.
The Second John Wick Movie
John Wick: Chapter 2 is an upcoming2017 American neo-noir action thriller film directed by Chad Stahelski and written by Derek Kolstad. It is a sequel to the 2014 film John Wick. The film stars Keanu Reeves, Common, Laurence Fishburne, Riccardo Scamarcio, Ruby Rose, John Leguizamo, and Ian McShane.
Principal photography began on October 26, 2015, in New York City and the film is set to be released on February 10, 2017.
The Third John Wick Movie
The third John Wick movie is set to be released on May 17, 2019. The movie will once again star Keanu Reeves as the title character.
The Fourth John Wick Movie
The fourth John Wick movie is currently in development, with a script by Shay Hatten and Efthimis Filippou. The movie will once again star Keanu Reeves as the titular character, and is expected to begin production in early 2020. There is no word yet on when the movie will be released.
The Fifth John Wick Movie
The fifth John Wick movie is currently in development, with a release date TBD. The John Wick franchise began in 2014 with the first movie, and has since spawned two sequels, John Wick: Chapter 2 (2017) and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum (2019). All three movies have been critical and commercial successes, with fans eagerly awaiting the next installment.
While plot details for the fifth John Wick movie are currently unknown, it is safe to assume that Keanu Reeves will return as the titular character. Additionally, it is likely that the movie will once again be directed by Chad Stahelski, who has helmed all four previous films in the franchise.

The Eighth John Wick Movie
There is currently no release date set for the eighth John Wick movie. However, filming is expected to begin in 2021.
The Ninth John Wick Movie
The ninth John Wick movie is set to release on May 21, 2021.
